Villa Siepi consists of 30000 sqm of land divided into vinyards, olive trees, fruit trees, relaxation area,, boule, swimming pool, football area, outside kitchen, dining areas with pergolas and a private piece of wood.
Villa Siepi has direct access to the garden with panoramic view over the Tuscan hills

New 6 x 12 meter infinity pool with sundeck area ang belonging poolhouse with ice machine, refrigerator and other drinking utilities.

Air conditioning in every room in the Main house, Annex and the Guesthouse.

In-house chef possibilities
To make you stay more enjoyable you can rent an in house chef to serve you the dinner of your choice while you are glazing out at the magical view of Chianti hills from our outside dining area.
The in house Chef service comes at an extra cost and is not included in the rental price.
Gym
The gym is a seperate bouilding outside, with roof and ceiling fans. there is a ping pong table, mini tennis net, free weights (1-20 kg), excercise bench, a push/pull up bar, excersice bands, TRX, kettle bells and dip/pull up station.
There is also a basketbaall net in the inner yard.
