BOOKING CONDITIONS

 

Check-in and check-out times
Check-in is from 4:00pm to 7:30pm, unless warnings.
Check-out is no later than 10:00.

In case of early check out, the customer will pay the full amount of the reservation made.

 

Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €2,000 is also required at the time of final payment. This will be returned within 2 weeks of the end of the holiday minus any deductions for damage, extra cleaning, etc, should this be necessary.

 

Stays
High season and High season: only weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.
Low season: possibility of shorter stays for a minimum of three nights.

 

Payment terms
We accept payment by euro bank transfer, which is our preferred method, Paypal or Stripe. A credit card administration charge will be added to the payment. 

 

• The 30% of the total at the time of booking (ADVANCE WILL NOT  BE REFUNDED IN ANY CASE);

• The balance of the rent is due by 8 weeks (56 days) before the first day of the rental period

 

Price includes:

• Uses of warm water, Wifi, AC, electricity

• Use of the swimming pool - The pool is normally open from  Mars until the end of October.  Upon request the pool can be opened on other dates.

• Use of the laundry room -The property has a free laundry room, equipped with all the necessary detergents.

• Use of the gym.

 

Not included in rental price:

• Heating cost. Price is 600 €  per week from October 10:th until May 1:st (or if required by the guests it can be used before or after the above dates)

• Pool heating cost is 700 € per week.

• Tourist tax

 

Cancellation charges

In case of cancellation, you will be charged the following percentages on the remaining cost of residence, excluding the 30% deposit, which is non-refundable:

• 30% penalty up to 28 days prior to arrival

• 60% penalty from 27 up to 14 days prior to arrival

• 100% penalty 13 days or less prior to arrival
